( g ) should have a valid rc , insurance & pollution certificate . ( h ) the driver should have a valid licence for driving a tractor . , required two skip loaders ( dumper placers ) of recent purchase or vintage not more than seven years alongwith drivers for lifting and removal of 3 . 75 cu mtr capacity metalic garbage bins from non cantonment military station chandimandir , n & k areas , sector 28-d & sector 29-d ( fafa ) chandigarh could be lifted with fork lift for lifting & removing 3 . 75 cu mtr metalic skips alongwith the following specification :- ( a ) should have a valid rc , insurance & pollution certificate . ( b ) the driver should have a valid licence .
