03 x frp shelter with toilet ( 10 men ) manufacture and supply of 03 x frp shelter with toilet ( 10 men ) fy 2020-21 ( job no 4246 / 20-21 ) for delivery at karcham , dist- kinnaur ( hp ) , manufacture and supply of three frp shelter at karcham , kinnaur district , hp , 1 . scope of work . supply of resin transfer moulded ( rtm ) fiber glass reinforced plastic ( frp ) hut of size 8250mm x 3657mm and 2134mm height at the centre with puf foam insulation , manufactured by a reputed firm . each shelter will have two living rooms of size 3668mm x 3657mm , one toilet chamber of size 914mm x 1828mm & a passage of size 1828mm x 914mm . it should be meet the following design criteria :- design . . it should meet the following design criteria:- ( i ) wind velocity - equivalent to wind speed of 25mtrs / sec as per is-875 . ( ii ) snow load - 3 mtrs high standing snow . ( iii ) external temp - minus 40 degree c to plus 35 degree c . ( iv ) internal load on floor - 200 kg / sqmtr ( v ) seismic co-efficient - as per seismic zone-v . ( vi ) termite proofing - termite proof . ( vii ) water absorption / penetration -nil . ( viii ) fire retardant - fire retardant & should not emit toxic fumes . ( ix ) design load - as per is-875 .
