repair/maint of eot cranes at site ii and site iii at afs pathankot , the scope of work comprises of 02 nos of eot cranes and their description are as under :- ( i ) eot crane at site ii : -dismantling the micro drive -up and down drive arrangement of crane after un-screwing l- key bolts/screws nuts , washers etc which includes gear box of micro drive main box of up -down drive , braking arrangements including dismantling of 3 set ( 3 pair ) of micro coupling , micro-drive arrangement for under taking repair including getting down all as dismantled parts from existing platform at a minimum height about 20 to 30 approximately reassembling and re alignment all the parts , replacement of faulty electronic micro drive cum controller including load testing complete all as per satisfaction level , cleaning , greasing and oiling of all the bearing , complete including testing on load on both micro and main drive complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . ( capacity of crane 0 . 3 ton at site ii ) . ( ii ) eot crane at site iii : -dismantling the main electronic drive cum controller of eot crane of capacity 1 . 5 ton ( spider site iii ) of forward/reverse ( ct/lt ) drive of cranes after unscrewing nuts , bolts , washers including other connected accessories with shaft such as flame proof weather proof breaking assembly , coupling , bearings , gear box lowering down the smaller portion of shaft for removing and threading , including replacement of faulty electronic drive cum controller including load testing complete all as per satisfaction level , cleaning , greasing and oiling of all the bearing , bearing housing , gear box etc complete for smooth functioning and coupling bolts as existing earlier complete including re-assembly with connected accessories after repair including carrying out necessary alignment of all the parts connected with shaft all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge ( make :abb cat part no . abb acs150-03e-08a8-4 ) .
