repair of vehicle eicher ba no 07d172754a of age br sunabeda under repair of vehicle eicher ba no 07d172754a of age br sunabeda underge project navy visakhapatnam , the following repairs works will be carried out to the vehile eicher ba no: 07d-172754a of age b/r sunabeda under ge ( p ) ( navy ) visakhapatnam :- ( a ) taking down carefully engine and transmission system like clutch pressure plate assy propeller shaft complete repair and over hauling the same with necessary founding works replacement of following unserviceable parts and the refixing the same as orignal :- ( i ) clutch plate assy ( ii ) clutch carbon ( iii ) clutch shaft liner ( iv ) pressure plate ( v ) cross bearing ( b ) removing & taking down vehicle top cover tarpaulin and fixing new tarpaulin complete all as directed . ( c ) m&l for dismantling the front both wheels by opening the nut and bolt lhs side replace the wheel cylinder assembly - 01 no , bearing- 01 no , rhs side replace the wheel cylinder kit - 02 no and re-assembling the same , testing commissioning etc all as directed . ( d ) m&l for overhauling of vacuum assisted hydraulic brake system of vehicle replaced the tandem master cylinder assembly , vacuum pump and fill up the brake fluid upto desired level , to remove air in the system bleeding from caliper etc complete including testing all as directed . ( e ) m&l for general servicing of vehicle including tyre rotation , water servicing and balancing of wheel all as directed . ( f ) material and labour charges of tinkering works at all the places were rusted out including addition of 3mm thick gi sheets were ever work out all as shown and welding works on the tail board .
