job works for outsourcing services for manning and operation of e / m installations and b / r & e / m services at hasimara mil stn under ge ( south ) binnaguri , deployment of 06 semi-skilled experienced menpower ( fgm ) for providing manning and operation services of submersible pumping sets of different capacity of pump house located at hasimara mil stations by operating the installed machinery and equipment i . e . chlorine dosing plant , lt panel , voltage stabilizers , ats starters and its connected accesssories round the clock including operating of control valves and rectifying minor defects ( like gland leaking loose nut & bolt , inspection of panel , general cleaning of pump house and its surrounding area including vegetation and undergrowth etc ) for smooth , timely and trouble free operation of installations and dg set in a shift of 8 hours as on requirement basis . timing of shift and nos of manpower per shift will be decided based on requirement basis . total fgm ( semiskilled ) - 06 nos / day . , deployment of 03 x semi-skilled experienced manpower ( elect ) for providing manning and operation for services of electrical installations at hasimara mil station with 01 x skilled electricians for 03 shifts i . e . from 600 hrs to 1400 hrs , 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs in a day including sundays & closed holidays and general cleaning of complaint cell / sub stns including vegetation & undefrgrowth :- total electrician ( semi-skilled ) - 03 nos / day . . , deployment of 03 x semi-skilled manpower for providing comprehensive maintenance services by attending day to day e / m and b / r complaints to maintain livable and workable hygienic condition perfectally in order through out the period of job and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and up keeping of md & otm accommodation building in the station incl outstation on all working days except sundays and gazetted holidays alongwith all neccessary tools and plants complete as per requirment and as directed by engineer-in-charge with deployment of requisite tradesmen in single ( day ) shift of 08 hours . ( a ) electrician ( semi-skilled ) - 01 nos ( b ) mason ( semi-skilled ) - 01 nos ( c ) carpenter ( semi-skilled ) - 01 nos total - 03 nos notes:- 1 . material / item required for repair / replacement will be issued under sch b as free for fixing . 2 . contractor has to provide maintenance services to the satisfaction of engr-in-charge and attend all day to day complaint in an effieient manner . accordingly if he has to deploy more manpower the same has to be provided by him without any extra cost to the govt . 3 . the contractor is deemed to have inspected / visited the premises / offices the area of which is included i the scope of work to ascertain the actual quantum of work involved . no claim for any misunderstanding regarding exact scope & nature of work involved shall be admissible . 4 . necessary t & p equipment and safety gear shall be provided by the contractor . , deployment of 03 nos helper ( un-skilled ) for providing comprehensive maintenance services by assisting the tradesmen at hasimara mil station with 01 x un-skilled helper for 03 shifts i . e . from 600 hrs to 1400 hrs , 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs in a day including sundays & closed holidays and general cleaning of complaint cell / sub stns including vegetation & undefrgrowth :- total helper ( un-skilled ) - 03 nos / day . notes for item ser no 01 to 04 . ( a ) water residual chlorine content test to be done as per direction of age . ( b ) all safety and cleaning equipment ( i . e . grass cutting machine , cotton cloth , cleaning chemical broom etc . ) to be provided by the contractor . ( c ) manpower required for providing m & o services is 12 workmen . no extra claim will be admitted by the department for employing and additional man power . however , necessary prise adjustment on ( - ) minus side will be admitted by the employment of man power at any particular day / duration falls below the minimum requirement based . such adjustments will be based on minimum fair wages or quoted rate which ever is higher . ( d ) payment to all staff / employes for rendering services is to be made as minimum wages act at rates promiulagated by central / state govt which ever is higher through bank account of employees .
