outsourcing services for certain electro mechanical installation at af station abohar under ge af bhisiana , manning and operation of pump house and one dg set of capacity 62 . 5 kva at af station abohar in two shifts of 08 hours each with one operator and one hleper per shift , for opening and closing of sluice valve of distribution line on all days including sunday and holidays , complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge . , notes : ( i ) operator should have minimum qualification iti with 2 years experiance . ( ii ) water supply distribution as per schedule timing . ( iii ) reliver to be provided for each person working continiue for 6 days deemed to be included in quoted rate . ( iv ) the dhpp and engine oil shall be collected from ge ( af ) bhisiana mt store yard of age e / m . the contractor shall make own arrangement for shifting of dhpp and engine oil and shall be kept in reserve for 48 hrs duration at af station abohar . ( v ) following items of pump house and dg set installion shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rates:- ( a ) daily cleaning of pump house complex shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost , the rate quoted above shall be deemed to be include for the same . ( b ) removing of vegetation growth , cleaning / brooming of floors , walls roofs inside pump house / dg set complex . ( c ) for entry into pump house / dg set complex , main gate shall always be kept closed and locked and opened only when required due to any specific reasons . ( d ) no unauthirised person shall be allowed to enter main pump house / dg set complex . ( e ) open space up to 10 meter in front of pump house / dg set complex boundary wall / main gate shall be kept clean and free from any vegetation growth garbage etc . ( f ) the contractor shall maintain proper log sheet for daily running of dg set of record of running to be produced to the engineer- in-charge and hand over the log sheet to the je e / m in charge every day . ( g ) daily running of dg set to the minimum period to ensure smooth functioning of dg set . ( h ) all the dg set , centrifugal pums shall be handed over in operation state at the time of commencement of contract and shall be taken over in the same state at the time of completion as directed by engineer-in-charge . ( j ) the operating personal shall be provided with protective clothing & shall wear them while operating the plant . in case of any accident / injury , fatal or partial disability , the cotractor shall be solely responsible for setting all claims / compensation . department will have a right to recovery any sum indicated / claimed by labour commissioner / court directive . the contractor will provide all adequate & required means to the workmen . contractor may get his personnel insured .
