( j ) dg set panel - 01 no . , notes for sl item no 02 , 03 & 04 ( i ) spares if any required for replacement shall be supplied by mes ( ii ) the tradesmen shall be well qualified in respective trade and shall wear approved uniform as directed by engineer- in- charge while on duty . he shall be well conversant with preventive measures ( first aid ) in case of electrical accidents and fire fighting systems and maintain log books for sub stations ( iii ) the unit rate quoted shall include stationery required to maintain attendance register , duty roster , payment register , display board , complaint register , log sheet and other register as directed by engineer- in-charge . the unit rate also include distilled water , grease etc for battery maintenanance , cleaning materials like cotton waste etc . ( iv ) the contractor will prepare duty roster well in advance and got it approved by engineer - in- charge and one copy of the roster shall be displayed in the notice board . ( v ) supplying of stationary , uniform , tool and plant required for day to day maintenance for sub station maintenance all as directed by engineer in charge . ( vi ) contractor is fully responsible for cleanliness of the area of substations .
