quotation for consultancy services for design of sewage treatment plant at md accn 151 base hospital ge guwahati , preparation of sewage treatment plant design and soil investigation / topographical survey . 1 . sewage treatment plant providing consultancy services for provision of 400 m3 / day capacity sewage treatment plant at the location in 151 base hospital basistha comprising of the following works ( qty-01 job ) :- ( a ) designing of sewage treatment plant of capacity 400 m3 / day with equipments working on mbbr technology treatment process with all standard equipment to maintain the sewage characteristics at the outlet as per appx a attached suitable for disposal to the environment after treatment of inlet sewage as per test report from nabl approved lab ( testing shall be done by contractor ) . ( b ) preparation and submission of all relevant arch drawings for the work mentioned in para 1 ( a ) above in proper scale showing each and every details / measurements / dimensions etc and submit the same in quadruplicate . ( c ) designing of feed pumps 02 nos ( 01w+01s ) for lifting of deposited sewage from the sump to the sewage treatement plant of adequate capacity alongwith design of relevant control panel . ( d ) preparation of boq and cost estimates ( except civil sturctures ) for the items at ser no 1 ( a ) to ( c ) and submission in quadruplicate alongwith names of reputed makes . ( e ) the scheme drg , hydraulic shall be vetted from phe exprets of iits / nits for technical feasibility . , note: ( a ) the above design shall be inclusive of all relevant pipe conection control valves , electrical connection cables / wire and design of relevant electric control panel and all measuring equipment etc . ( b ) any other item / component not mentioned here but reqd technically for optimum functioning of the plant shall also be included alongwith list of two years normal maintenance spares . ( c ) the consultant or their authorised representative is reqd to visit all concerned prior to submission of above bid , for settlement of any observation / ambiguity arising out which require clarification to maintain optimum functioning of the plant / system . 2 . soil investigation: consultancy services for carrying out soil investigation by undertaking a minimum of 02 nos boreholes up to 8 . 0 m depth , study of soil characteristics and establishing type of footing . soil bearing capacity including liquefaction potential shall be undertaken ( qty-01 job ) . 3 . topographical survey: consultancy services for carrying out topographical survey work using total station with gps for approx area ( 40m x 25m ) at proposed stp location and along existing sewage network length of 1500 x 1 . 00rm . the scope of work will also include the following ( qty-01 job ) :- ( a ) existing sewage network shall be analysed fo its functionality and vintage to carry the sewage from house hold to stp location . if the existing sewage network is not recommended to be used new sewage network shall be designed to carry the sewage upto stp and design shall be vetted from phe experts of iits / nits and design calculation shall be submitted in excel sheet showing all relevant points like ground level , invert level and top level shall be submitted alongwith drg of sewage network with mh gl , invert level etc . , ( b ) preparing level sheet at a grid of 3m x 3m interval . ( c ) marking of buildings on ground including construction of permanent brick pillars of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 45 cm . ( d ) top / invert level of each manholes and natural ground level along the existing sewage including marking distance between each manhole .
