( iv ) the accepting officer reserves his right to accept tender as a whole or in parts . the contractor shall not have any claim what-so-ever for accepting the contracts as a whole or part wise . decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding . ( v ) if contractor wishes not to quote any part / parts ( as per his eligibility given in nit ) he should quote 0 rates in the rate columns of that particular part / parts . accordingly , such offer shall not be considered non bonafide & it will be construed that the contractor has not quoted that particular part / parts .
