( b ) software should have user friendly gui feature for initial data entry of occupation / vacation status of the buildings . ( c ) software should have provision for creating / modifying electricity and water tariff for different occupants category ( i . e officers subordinates , civilian & pvt parties etc . ) ( d ) software should have provision for both manual entry of electricity / water meter reading on gui and automatic sync of reading via dedicated android app carried by meter readers . ( app should be designed and supplied along with this package ) . ( e ) software should have provision of sending sms instantly to the users nnotifying their energy consumption in units upon meter reading . the user should be able to view his / her previous meter reading and images of reading since occupation only after validation from otp . ( f ) software should have option of integrating its data base with existing project raksha awaas and any other software used by ge ( mis ) for monitoring of mes complaints ( g ) software should also have provision for separate gui for users for checking their rr reports or any other reports / data as decided by ge / bso after proper otp validation . ( h ) software should be able to generate the following reports :- rr reports for different category ( i . e officers , subordinate , civilian , pvt parties etc . ) ovr report , ior , ivr , outstanding recovery , refund bills , paying authority wise report etc . or any other reports as decided by bso / ge . ( j ) software should have search / query generator for different scenarios as decided by bso / ge . ( k ) software should have provision for future upgrade to add / delete modify any existing or new features as decided by bso / ge . ( l ) the cost should be inclusive of any changes , addition or deletion of features related to revenue section as and when required by bso / ge for the period of 1 year in addition to this the vendor will maintain this software for one year inclusive of all running charges like payment for sms pack , domain name registration & ssl etc .
