( b ) turn table assy. total no of quantity is 118 number. ( c ) roller hand 250 x 1120mm. total no of quantity is 72 number. ( d ) platform veh loading for baut. total no of quantity is 29 number. ( e ) beam centre. total no of quantity is 97 number. ( f ) anchor guard plate. total no of quantity is 87 number. ( g ) long karb. total no of quantity is 143 number. ( h ) girder cross assy. total no of quantity is 34 number. ( j ) paddle timber 1.2 mtr. total no of quantity is 40 number. 2. the specification of work on the above items are given below:- ( a ) the items to be removed from existing stack upto 100 mtr away as suitable for work or as reqd at site. ( b ) old paint to be removed to prepare a smooth surface for fresh paint by using steel wire brush and emery paper. ( c ) after de-rusting and cleaning with cotton waste, items shall be painted with paint og synthetic enamelled and applying crp oil / grease at all moveable pin point for both top and bottom side pins. ( d ) after painting and drying , items shall be stacked up to 100 mtrs on proper dunnage as directed by supervising staff / ge.
