tender for quotation for electric energy audit of assets held on charge of ge ( af ) bamrauli , 1 . the following job work is required to carry out electrical energy audit of assets held on charge of ge ( af ) bamrauli in respect of air force station bamrauli broadly include . ( a ) complete survey of the entire electrical distribution networks starting from main receiving station 33 kv / 11kv ( mrs ) in both tachnical areas and domestic areas to include survey of the facility / plants and their current energy consumtion pattern and submit in form of a comprehensive survey report . ( b ) checking the strength of primary / secondary aspects , insulation level , power efficiency and power factor . ( c ) bench marking of energy performance and matching of energy use to the requirement , ways to maxime system efficiencies , optimizing the input energy requirement etc . ( d ) target to achieve energy cost reduction & identify energy conservation technologies , retrofits energy audit procedure and aligning current consumption with current industry benchmarks . ( e ) investigating the existing system to bring out basic five aspects as given below :- ( i ) how much energy is being consumed ? ( ii ) how is the energy being consumed ? ( iii ) where is the energy being consumed ? ( iv ) when is the energy being consumed ? ( v ) what is the quality of the energy consumed ? ( f ) give recommendation on the basis of the survey reoprt to include cost effective measures to optimize energy resources and methods to achieve maximum energy efficiency of all assets alongwith boq / financial evaluation / specificiations / approved brands etc so as to aid in preparation of dpr and conculsion of contracts in near future . note : areas covered by electrical energy audit ( i ) complete electrical distribution network ( sld ) showing grid sub station with all power transformers and distribution transformers . ( ii ) complete analysis of electrical parameters i . e voltage , current , frequency , power factor etc . ( iii ) health status of all electrical measuring / controlling and tripping system of mrs . 2 . details of electical assets is attached as appx a however the firm intersted to bid for the subject work is expected to clear the aspects regarding total assets once again from ge before submitting the bid and no representation in this regard at the later stage will be entertained . 3 . the energy audit will be deemed to considered completed on successful submission of :- ( a ) surevey report to include specific recommendations on each aspect as bought out above alongwith boqs -05 copies , duly recommended by ge and final technical check and completion certificate from dcwe ( e / m ) . ( b ) full payment against same will be released on completion of job . ( c ) total time period for completion of job is 30 days from issue of job order . for any further delay , refer to terms and conditions of the subject quotation is attached as appx b .
