02 nos , notes for sl . item no . 1 to 2: , i ) the contractor is responsible for the minor repairs/ maintenance to the ht vcbs , lt panels under the out sourcing , ii ) the contractor is responsible for the cleaning of all indoor substn under this out sourcing , iii ) the operators should be liaise with command swimming pool mrs for any major break down/ failure of electric supply , iv ) in case any problem occurs which seems not under the control of operator , the same shall be immediately intimated to je i/c of this area or age e/m . , v ) the operator on duty shall be in uniform as directed by engineer-in-charge / ge . , comprehensive maint for the following ups installed at hq enc bldg , cos board room , vip lift , moc , swarnjyothi in ins circar area & mwc in dockyard area once in a month or as and when required by a qualified technician , comprising of the following services for 07 nos of on line ups:- , ( a ) hq enc office 30 kva - 01 no , ( b ) cos board room 30 kva - 01 no , ( c ) vip lift ups 40 kva - 01 no , ( d ) moc ( rt ) 30 kva - 02 nos , ( e ) swarnjyothi 30 kva - 01 no , ( e ) mwc ( v ) 30 kva - 01 no ( in dockyard ) , notes:- , ( i ) the contractors technical team shall visit the installation site for periodic preventive maintenance check up of the ups system and batteries every month . for system shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked and submitted the report . , ( ii ) dc back up source will be maintained by applying white petroleum jelly , checking/ servicing of batteries incl toping up of distilled water etc as applicable . , ( iii ) apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits , all break down calls on the systems covered under the contract shall be attended including sunday and holidays . , ( iv ) cost of all the spares ( except inveter transfromer ) are included and replacement of major componants shall be supply only under relvent items to put the ups in working condition shall be born by the contractor during the contract period complete . , ( v ) response time during normal working hours shall be 4 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall bemaximum 48 hrs , based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and boards . , vi ) in addition to the above the contractor shall attend and rectify all types of defects arised during the amc contract period , to keep the ups system in operational condition . , vii ) standby ups of similar capacity shall be provided by the tenderer on site till the repair of ups , transport/rent etc shall be born by the contractor during the contract period complete all as directed by the engr-in-charge . , supply only inveter transfromer as per the existing make complete all as directed by the engr-in-charge , m&l for ups system earthing complete with galvanised steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6 . 3mm thick electrode and 32x6mm gi strip as earth lead , buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2 . 25m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1 . 5m below ground level , connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts , bolts , check nuts and washers of gi all as shown in electrical plate no . 5 of ssr part-i , connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion ( rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil , earth work , pcc pit , ci cover , funnel with watering pipe , suitable size of light grade gi protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc . all as required at site for complete earthing ) , supply& fix aluminium strip 32 mmx 6 mm coplete wiyh saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip
