( iv ) the unit rate is deemed to include the following ( a ) maintaining log books , record of repairs / replacement of perished / unserviceable , minor adjustments , minor repairs of all accessoried cleaning up keeping of plant & surroundings area neat and clean . , ( b ) mixing of consumable items if any . ( c ) one emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning of installations .
