supply of 09 x portable high mast light for aor of 21 sub area , portable light tower :- portable light tower on collapsible mast with 4 x 350w led light with integrated power pack of minimum 5 kva . the equipment should have following specifications:- ( a ) collapsible mast should be extendable to a height of 7mtr to 10mtr with 350 - 360 degrees rotation . mast should be foldable/collapsible to a height of not greater than 3mtr . ( b ) dimension of portable light tower during transport should not exceed 3 . 00 x 1 . 60 x 3 . 00mtr ( lxbxh ) excluding length of towbar . equipment should be enclosed in hard canopy/ cover suitable for rugged military operations . maximum weight of complete equipment should not exceed 1000kg incl fuel . ( c ) each led lamp shall have unbreakable directional optics to maximize coverage area of light . the brightness of each led lamp should not be less than 35000 lumen . the height coverage area should be 4500 to 5500 m2 ( average 20lux ) . the lights should have ip 67 degree protection . the lights should be able to move in all directions independently . ( d ) the equipment should have fuel tank capacity not less than 45 ltrs and fuel consumption of not greater than 1 . 5ltr/hr . ( e ) towbar design to be compatible to be fixed onto army dd vehs . ( f ) cpcb compliance should be as per gsr 371 ( e ) , dated 17 may 2002 and its amendments thereof . ( g ) emission limits should be as per gazette notification no 595 dt 11 dec 2013 . note : 1 . the firm should submit cpcb-ii compliance certificate for noise and exhaust emissions certified by government nodal agency clearly mentioning the model number and make of the light tower on it . the product offered for supply be tried and tested standard equipment of the manufacturer , selling regularly in the market . equipments offered with additions or alterations for sake of meeting the technical criteria are liable to get rejected . 2 . supply should incl first year complete amc with all consumables . minimum three onsite service visit in second year . 3 . the eqpt should come with a min two year replacement warranty for led lamps . sample make : atlas copco/ chicago pneumatic /aska/ doosan or equivalent .
