outsourcing services for operation and maintenance of sewage plant and water supply installation at nce pump house , stp no-3 , stp no-1 , stp no-4 and stp no-5 at af stn kalaikunda , out sourcing services for manning and operation of electric driven water pumping installations / water treatment plants by operating submersible pump /centrifugal pump of any capacity by deploying 01 fgm each shift x 3 shifts of 08 hrs per shifts per day i . e 24 hours continious operation incl all sunday & holidays at the pump house nce and sewage pump house no 3 consisting submersible pump 20 hp-01 , sewage submersable pump & motor 10 hp-03 nos , all as per item no 1 herein before but in 01 fgm in each shift x 2 shift of 8 hors per shift per day i . e 16 hrs continuous operation incl sunday & holiday at sewage ph no 1 consisting vertical turbine pump set 10 hp - 02 no , all as per item no 1 herein before but in 01 fgm in each shift x 2 shift of 8 hors per shift per day i . e 16 hrs continuous operation incl sunday & holiday at sewage ph no 4 & sewage ph no 5 consisting submersible pump 10 hp - 01 no , centrifugal pump and motor 15 hp-04 nos and vertical turbine pump 10 hp-01 no . note :- ( a ) contractor should deploy operators having iti qualification in the trade fitter / mechanic diesel or having adequate experince . ( b ) contractor should put up original iti chertificates ( from any govt recognosed college ) of tradesmen to engineer -in -charge before appoint the staff . ( c ) contractor / all operators is responsible for any damages / losses of respective pump& motors . ( d ) contractor should arrange the uniform/ overall dangri - 01 set , rubber shoes ( industrial safety shoe ) - 01 set , torch light - 01 no for each operator . ( e ) contractor is responsible for minor repairs near pump house area to carried out i . e to arrest water leakage including changing gland packing , applying grease to respective plants , and cleaning / bushes cutting surrounding pump house / overhead tank . ( f ) suitable releaving staff shall be deployed by contractor . ( g ) tools open end & ring spanner set , plier , hammer and other tools as required for maintenance of plant and tools required for keeping surrounding area and installation in presentable shall be provided by contractor .
