maintenance and operation of packed type air conditioning for certain unit at pokaran under ge ( a ) jaisalmer , outsourcing the resources for maint and operation of packaged type air conditioning system of ( 3x 7 . 5 ) tr capacity one number on stand by unit and two nos working micro processor based water cooled packeged unit with 100 kva gen set in three shifts operating the ac plant and operating dg set as when reqd keeping the installation fully operational and in healthy condition 24 hours daily including carrying out daily maintenance for smooth functioning of ac plant & dg set are comprising of the following machineries & equipments :- ( i ) packaged type air conditioning 7 . 5 tr - 03 nos ( make : voltas ) ( ii ) frp bottle shaped typed cooling tower with tefc fan motor -01 nos ( iii ) centrifugal monoblock pump set 3 phase 415 volt , 50 hz - 02 nos ( iv ) condensing water piping of gi medium grade pipe with contol valves ( v ) acoustically insulated air duct , grill / diffusers . ( vi ) electrical control panel board with star delta starter single phase preventar etc . , notes ( a ) contractor should organize his staff strength in such a manner that one day weekly off is available to each operator and each operator should not be deployed for more than one shift in a single day . all the precautionery equipements / testing eqpts and t&p shall be provided by the contractor ( a ) first shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs ( b ) second shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ( c ) third shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs
