fdr to nh-224 to nayakpada for the year 2022-23 1 providing and laying 75mm thick gr-iii compacted layer of metalling using irc-ii (53mm to 22.4mm mm) size hand broken black hard granite metal of approved quality laying in position, spreading in uniform thickness to proper camber to obtain 75mm compacted thickness including hand packing rolling, watering turfedgingand filling the interstices with filler materials i.e. good laterite moorum 0.018 cum/ sqm of pi value 6 to 9 and rollign with p.r.r. of 8 to 10 ton capacity to receive bituminous surface dressing including hire and running charges of p.r.r. cost, conveyance, royalty taxes etc. of all materials, labour, cess, t&p articles required for the work complete for finished item in all respect as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 providing andapplyingtack coat using bitumen approved penetration grade@ 0.20 kgper sqm over bituminious surface including cost, conveyance taxes of bitumen & all labour, cess, t & p materials required for the work etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 3 providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of mosrt&h specification for road & bridge works and all other t&p articles including cost, conveyance, royality, cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge. 4 construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of mosrt&h specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) with cost of all labour, t&p and with cess, royality and as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only
