providing expert services during shutdown / breakdown or in any exigency for maintenance of siemens make motors at electrical workshop , barauni refinery , expert services for siemens make motors , service charges for providing expert service for troubleshooting/overhauling/ shutdown/ breakdown maintenance of siemens make motors at electrical workshop , barauni refinery . service charges per day per service engineer on the basis of actual daysfor which services are rendered . attendance shall be duly certified in the contractors time sheet by site engineer/ engineer-in-charge . note:1 . per day means normal 08 hrs of work per person per day from monday tosaturday excluding one hour recess for lunch . extended hours and working on sunday & holiday shall be counted as overtime ( ot ) hours . , over time ( ot ) charges for providing expert services for working on extended hours ( beyond working hours ) on monday to saturday and on sunday & on holiday . holidays will be as per iocl , barauni refinery declared holiday list . , to & fro fare ( air fare of economy class/ train fare limited to 2nd ac ) from registered office/ other site to patna shall be paid as per actual on production of air/ train ticket along with invoice . further from patna to begusarai , to & fro train/taxi fare shall be paid as per actual on production of train ticket/bill . reimbursed fare shall be as per actual but limited up to sor rate per visit per service engineer . , hotel charges ( includes lodging & boarding and local conveyances ) forstay at a nearby place to iocl barauni refinery will be paid per day onactual basis . the copy of hotel bills shall be submitted along with invoice . the hotel charges and local conveyances shall be reimbursed as per actual but limited up to sor rate per day per service engineer .
