augmentation of terminal automation system augmentation of terminal automation system , augmentation of terminal automation system , field instruments ( related to tas ) design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, painting, inspection and testing, packing, forwarding and supply at site, commissioning spares, tools and tackles ( if any ) for field instruments viz batch controller, remote interface terminals, card readers, earth relay and field switches as mentioned in the specifications attached with tender. , expansion of existing terminal automation system vendor’s scope shall include design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, supply of hardware & software & buy-outs, fat inspection of expansion portion ‘of tas as per approved qap, packing, marking, forwarding, transportation, documentation. , site work ( installation & commissioning ) installation for expansion portion of tas within control room, system power on, loop checking in co-ordination with field contractor for all field mounted instruments including free issued material by iocl, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of system, integration with existing tas, sat of expansion portion of tas, support during plant startup and handing over of expansion portion of tas to purchaser. installation and commissioning of tas ( expansion portion ) as per tender specifications on turnkey basis.
