term contract for artificers works at otm accn at afs sulur. 1 schedul a 2 execution of works ordered by various work orders through requisitions placed ( iafw-1833 ) with limitation of amount as per terms and conditions of iafw-2249 forming part of contract including errata and amendments as applicable thereto, all as per terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents, at the rates contained in the mes standard schedule of rates part-ii-2020 ( rates ) and preables of standard schedule of rates part i-2009 ( specifications ) including errata and amendments as applicable thereto complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 3 note 1: tenderer shall refer and select the option excess ( + ) or less ( - ) to quote the percentage above or below ssr part ii-2020 ( rates ) , if ;0: percentage quoted the same shall be treated at par with ssr part ii- 2020 ( rates ) .note 2: the contractor or his authorised representative shall attend office of concerned age b / r to take orders / instructions through site order book and to sign and collect work orders / requisition daily at 8.30 hrs on all working days. in case the contractor fails to attend the office for the same, a penalty of rs 1000 / - per day upto days 10 days and rs. 2000 / - per dayfor not attending office continuously beyond 10 days shall be imposed on the contractor.note3 : water will be supply by the mes and shall be paid by the contractor atrs. 3.75 per every rs.1000 / - worth of work done priced at contract rates.
