lv panel and busduct lv panel and busduct , supply of lv panel & busduct , 415v pmcc: ( tag no-58-pmcc-304 ) 3200a, 415v, 50hz, 50ka for 1 sec., 3 phase, 4wire, double front type, compartmentalized, draw out type, form 4b type separation, pmcc with 2 nos. incomers & 1 no. bus coupler complete with auto transfer scheme, metal enclosed switchboard with, aluminium busbar, internal arc tested as per tr 61641-2014, full short circuit current i.e., 50ka for duration of 0.5 sec ( min. ) along with pressure flap releasing arc gases, meters, numerical protection relays, other auxiliary relays, indication, alarms, 2 nos. ethernet switches shall be considered for each bus section. total 4 nos. ethernet switches & 1 no. liu for complete panel shall be provided. this shall also include multi mode fo patch cord, looping cable from relays to liu in panel and rs 485 looping cable from mfm in panel to existing data concentrator in hmi, as applicable with all necessary accessories. protection relay with its associated software / hardware for each type of relay shall be considered. please refer drawing no. 213102-00123-00-el-dsl-00001 for incomer and outgoing feeder details, 213102-00123-00-el-bod-0001 for hmi io list & annexure – 1 for annunciation signal list. 415v bus duct: ( tag nos-58-bd-304a and 58-bd-304b ) 3200a, 415v, 50hz, 50ka for 1 sec., 3 phase, 4wire, non-phase segregated busduct shall be supplied from approved vendor list as per clause no. 2.15 of technical specification no. 213102-00123-00-el-spc-2004 with aluminium bus bar, enclosure shall be indoor / outdoor installation between transformer and switchgear end with required accessories like flexible terminations, including all horizontal and vertical bends, aluminium flexible, matching flanges, wall frame assembly, phase cross-over chamber, gaskets, nuts, bolts, breather, canopy, space heaters, etc. as required. ( 2 no. bus duct systems required for 2 no. incomers of pmcc ) . required hardware / software for hook-up with existing hmi / scada / dcs / third party equipment and necessary site support ( refer existing hmi documents for reference ) .
