tender for job work for repair of vehicle ba no 07d-173978n. 1 the following job work are urgently required to repair the vehicle ba no 07d-173978n eicher 10.70 to make condition and improve the efficiency of the vehicle:- 2 ( a ) dismantling and taking down the gear box assembly & replacing the worn out parts like clutch master cylinder assembly, clutch sc assembly, front wheel cylinder assembly rhs, front wheel cylinder assembly lhs, front wheel outer / inner bearing including replacement of gear box oil complete and re-fixing testing complete. ( b ) complete engine tuning and replacement of fuel filter, fuel filter repair kit, oil filter, grown oil, grease, coolant and engine oil ( 20w 40 engine oil will be issued by the department as per requirement ) ( c ) dismantling and taking down the brake and replace brake pad and brake liner including replacement of brake oil complete and refixing, testing and commissioning complete. ( d ) testing of all electrical light, taking out the old unserviceable head light assembly and replace with new, testing of all head lamp, indicator lamp, back light lamp complete as required. ( e ) tuch up / painting patch work of the vehicle required with spray paint where required including number of veh ba no and formation sign complete all as directed. ( f ) labour work for break assembly and gear assembly including dismantling and reassembling after completion of repairing work including carryout cleanning / washing with water complete all as directed by eng-in-charge. 3 note : ( a ) engine oil 20w 40 will be issued by the department as per requirement. ( b ) the rates quoated shall be inclusive of labour charges for replacement of engine oil, transmission oil, differential oil, all wheel greasing pack, clutch replace, mechanic work, towing charge, attending charge, fixing of other required items complete. ( c ) unserviceable materials obtained from above work will be the property of firm and necesary credit will be deducted in the account.
