tender for deposit running work under eudd-iv bareilly- 1 loading, unloading and safe cartage of the following materials from electricity store centre, bareilly to the work site / dump site. 2 s.t pole 11 mtrlong 3 acsr dog conductor 4 acsr weasel conductor 5 a.b cable 3x95 mm 6 11 kv xlpe cable 3x70 sqmm 7 63 / 100 / 250 kva t / f 11 / 0.4kv 8 11 kv pilfer proof metering cubical 9 11 kv cable box 3x70 sqmm 10 other line materials. 11 erection, laying , sagging , mounting work 12 fabrication, erection of single pole for 11 kv line on stp i1 mtr. long pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like i no. 11 kv v-type cross arm, 1 no. f-clamp. with grouting of poles with 1:4:8cc ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely. all required materials shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 13 fabrication, erection of 11 kv double pole structure for end terminations on 11 m long st pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 nos. top channel 100x50 mm 2.24 mtr, bracing with grouting of poles with 1:4:8cc ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely. all required materials shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 14 erection / fixing for stay set with stay wire and clampasperresspodrawingincluding binding.climbing, clamping, tightening and nuzzling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 before back filling of the pits as per resspo, cement, brick, concrete ballast, sand and etc would be provided by the contractor for 11 kv single support & double pole structure 15 stringing and sagging of 11 kv overhead line on acsr conductor as per resspo norms. 16 stringing and sagging of l.t. line on a.b. cable ( 3x95 sqmm ) as per resspo norms. 17 digging of trench as per norms and proper laying and commissioning of 11 kv xlpe size cable with sand and briks including road restoration work as per respo norms. 18 erection of guarding of 11 kv crossing. 19 hoisting of 11 kv xlpe cable on double pole with gi pipe of size 6 dia including its jumpering complete with clamps nut and bolts. ( gi pipe shall be provided by the contractor ) . 20 fixing of 11 kvxlpe cable outdoor jointing kits after carefully removing the insulation of the cable duly plumbing and taping of cable providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs and complete work. 21 earthing of pole as per resspo norms. 22 pipe earthing as per respo norms. all material will provided by the contractor 23 installation and commissioning of 11 kv pilfer proof metering cubical ctr 20 / 5 amp. 24 mounting of 63 / 100 kva t / f with complete fitting. 25 construction of newplinth complete ( 2.0x2.0x1.5 ) meter, in place of old damaged plinthby providing firstclass bricks work as per respo norms. ( material will be supplied by contractor ) . 26 the work of fabrication / construction and grouting ofnew wire mesh fencingin place of damaged fencing of 12 meter running length / as per site requirement in rectangular shape height 2 meter with angle size of 40x40x05 m.m including gate at one side as per respo norms.
