work electrification of outdoor switchyard at 220kv s / s bhadaura under etd-ghazipur- 1 providing & fixing of bajaj / philips / cgl / havells make hpsv lamp set fitting in single piece alluminium casted body including lamp, choke, capacitor, igniter, holder, fiber glass cover including cost of labour t&p and material. it will be fixed on following colum with the help of 2 nos. m.s. flat clamp with nut bolt, g.i. bended pipe ( 1 dia ) and all other associated work. 2 250 watt hpsv lamp fitting to be fixed at 220 kv colum. 3 providing & fixing of fuse junction box size 180x150x100 mm made of 18 swg g.i. sheet duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of smoke gray colour paints. junction box includes fixing of one nos. 15 amp porcelean cut out and four nos. terminal blocks bakelite made & fixing strip. the including cost of material, labour and t&p chages 4 laying of control cable size 2cx2.5 mm2 in to existing trenches from control room acdb to outdoor cubical box to fuse junction box 250 watt hpsv lamp set. and all other associated work. 5 laying and clamping of control cable size 2cx2.5 mm2 from fuse junction box to 250 watt hpsv lamp set on 220 kv gantry. and all other associated work. 6 laying &termination onboth side of 95mm2 alluminium power cable in 500mm below groung level including excavation of trench, laying of power cable and putting first class brick on both side edge along with cable, filling the red sand then covering with bricks over the tranches & filling earth and leveling including cost of brick, red sand etc. and all other associated work to complete the work. ( power cable provded by department ) 7 shifting of out door type three phase ac cubical box of size 1200x600x300mm from 220kv s / s ghazipur to 220kv s / s bhadaura by arrangementofprivate vehicle labur and t&p. the work includes loading of cubical box at 220kv s / s ghazipur & after transportation unloading and grouting it at 220kv s / s bhadaura. the distance between above two s / s are approx 50km.
