tender for special repair of nauragiya goryabhar to jigina road in hot mix plant., laying and jointing pvc pipe. heading , providing, laying, wbm grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size stone ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. grading 3 as per clause 405.3 ( including all taxes required & i / chire charges of road roller ) , providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including cost of bitumen. ( excluding gst which will be paid extra as applicable ) , providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by manual mord specific- ations 508 including cost of all material labour etc but including cost of bitumen ( excluding gst which will be paid extra as applicable ) , providing and laying seal coat by manual means with bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c as per technical specification clause 510including cost of all material labour etc but including cost of bitumen. ( excluding gst which will be paid extra as applicable ) , laying c.c. road slab consisting of 1:1½:3 cement, coarse sand & approved 20mm. gauge stone ballast, over prepared sub grade after its rectifications & bringing it to proper camber & including supply of all materials, labour and t & p etc. required for proper completion of work, finished to required templete as directed by engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of required for rectification of the sub grade.
