decoration of terminal building during festivals at surat airport - provision ofligting decoration of terminal building with its canopy, atc building, approach road, airport main entrance civil structure, car park area and its plants / greenery by supply, fixing, testing , commissioning , operation , dismantaling & taking backof complete provided decoration system after completion of decoration period by providingfollowing led ligting fixtures, led series strips, on completely hiring basis at surat airport , as and when required during different festive occasionsto give the desired festive look by providing follwings .1 ) . 54 x 3 watt rgbw led parcan light with stand / mounting arrangment, quantity -70 nos. for 3 days. 2 ) . led series of 60 feet length, gap between the ledlampsshould not be more then 6 inch and size ofeach ledlamps not less than 8 mm, provided series would be in the combination of different colours such as red, green, orange, blue, violet, indigo to suit the festive occasion as applicable, quantity.- 600 nos. for 3 days. .the job also includes operation of above said electrical lighting fixtures with required trained man power, stands, providing required wiring, cabling from available power point and providing controller of fitting etc. complete as required. note:-1. duration of work is ( 03 ) three days for 1 job of unit. 2. power tapping point and electricity shall be provided free of cost by aai.3. all the lighting shall be water proof.4. if above mentioned quantities of parcan and series lights are not sufficient to decoarate the said locations then to complete the decoartion item no-3 will also be executed in addition to item-1. 2 per day rental charges of item no.1 after ( 03 ) three days if same continuesfurther. 3 extra for additional lighting by providingfollowing, purely on rental basis in addtion and beyond the quantity of parcan and series lights mentioned initem no :-1 as and when required.note:- item no-3 willonly beexecutedalong with item no-1when the quantities of parcan and series lights mentioned in item no-1 are not sufficient to complete the decoartion of said locations. 4 54 x 3 watt rgbw led parcan light with stand / mounting arrangment 5 led series of 60 feet length, gap between the ledlampsshould not be more then 6 inch and size of each ledlamps not less than 8 mm, provided series would be in the combination of different colours such as red, green, orange, blue, violet, indigo to suit the festive occasion as applicable.
