operation and maintenance for water supply system at oyster water tank on annual contract basis for a period of two years , operation and maintenance of oyster water tank through e&m operators and valve operators for operating valves in the respective locations for issuing fresh water in three shift to the residential and non-residential area . the labour charges for 4 nos . e&m operator and 4 nos . valve operator have well experienced with iti certificate in all three shift per day also engaging one reliever of e&m operator and valve operator in the leave place of staffs and to attend the routine maintenance work in other days in the pump house . there are two nos of 20hp motor pumps is available at pump house . both the motor pumps are kept in clean and working condition including maintaining the surrounding area . the e&m operators and valve operators are also maintaining the log book regarding receiving and issuing the fresh water and distribution of water . the cost including the labour charges for e&m operator and valve operators as per the minimum wages act and keep the oyster tank area in hygienic condition . complete and as directed by the departmental officers . , e&m operator , valve operator
