( the cost of supply of sand , good earth , pesticide , manure etc . will be paid as in item no . 3 below ) . , mowing of ground , as and when instructed under detailed supervision of the department and instruction of e . i . c . by deploying mowing machine including machinery , labour , cost of fuel , lubricant all included , cleaning the ground and removal of cut off grass ( one time in every week ) from the ground etc . all complete as per direction of the e . i . c . area:- , supply of silver sand ( 5 cum/month approx . ) , good earth ( 5 cum/ month approx . ) , all complete as per requirement and instruction of the e . i . c . , supply of pesticides , insecticides , manure as and when required to maintain the plants , lawn and trees etc . complete as per direction of e . i . c . area:- , preparation and maintenance of seasonal flower bed including supply and plantation of new flower plants , regular de-weeding , watering , application of manure fertilizer , spraying of different pesticides training and staking , application of folair nutrients , removal of dead leaves and plant , replacement of dead plants etc . all complete . before planting the next crop of seasonal flowers the beds are to be dug up to 30cm deep and roots , stems of pervious crop removed . the excavated earth is to be placed on the side of the bed . fresh manure is to beaded and the soil refilled back after drying for 3/4 days ( except during rains ) and seasonal flower of particular section be planted in every season all complete as per direction of eic . , maintanance of trees for one year ( avenue plants ) including watering , trimming , manuring , spraying insecticide and guarding as required . this includes supply of labour , tools & plants including materials . , maintenance of civil and sanitary plumbing works as per requirement and direction of eic as and when required .
