appointment of horticulture consultant for design and creation of data base for tree plantation around various locations at kanchipuram chennai and tiruvallur districts under corporate environmental responsibility of chennai airport , providing horticulture consultancy services for selection of suitable tree varieties to be planted around various locations ( nearly 100 villages ) at kanchipuram , chennai and tiruvallur districts based on soil test investigations report and local weather conditions and providing technical support for maintenance of trees including creation of suitable data base in the form of software or any other form for maintenance , monitoring of maintenance and submission of report on growth and establishment of trees at planted locations periodically ( fortnightly/monthly ) to aai . the required manpower for the work will be 1 no with post graduate in horticulture ( 2 years experience ) , 1 graduate in horticulture ( 4 years experience ) and 1 diploma ( 8 years experience ) in horticulture . the proposed locations for tree planting are spread to 20 . 0 km radius from airport and specific locations shall be intimated to consultant well in advance before plantation . the consultant will carry out preliminary site visit to carryout soil ph test and finalise suitable tree varieties to the aai based on soil test report and local weather conditions and period of plantation between on place to another will be average 30 days interval period . after completion of planting , the consultant shall prepare data base ( software ) for planted trees and prepare a complete report on growth and establishment of trees and submitted to aai . payment shall be made to the consultant on quarterly basis as per tender conditions .
