tender for renewal / maintenance of sarai minor painted service road from km. 0.700 to 3.600; 1 wbm grading - iii providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading iii as per mord specification clause 405 2 prime coat ( slow setting ) - providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion of specified grade on the preparedsurface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg / sqm as per mord specification. 3 tack coat- providing and applying tack coat with bitumen ( vg-30 ) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular base surface cleaned with mechanical broomas per mord specification. 4 20mm thick open-graded premix carpet using bituminous - providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of speicified size aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsionto serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mix plant, transpotation to the site, laying to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kn capacity, finished to required level and gradesas per mord specification. 5 seal coat - providing, and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type c seal coat ( as per mord specified clause 510 ) 6 brick edging on both side of the road- brick edging on both side of the road of brick class m-150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge of the work including material labourand t&p etc for proper comletion of work ( as per pwd sor ch. no. 20 sl.no. 2 )
