no. 231 ( a ) up 10 km. lead. including all taxes but excluding gst. 2 providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under andallaround the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor along externel perimeter of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete ( plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per i.s. 6313 part ii 1981 ) chlorpyrifos or any other approved material such as heptachlor or chlordane will be used. the rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. chp. 8 item no. 1 including all taxes but excluding gst. 3 supply and fixing of 35 mm flush doors commercial quality conforming to i.s. 2202 part i ( 1983 ) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges bolts locks handles springs fitting with necessary screws to be supplied. s.i. no. 470 ( ii ) including all taxes but excluding gst. 4 fixing panes of glass with equal or equivalent i.s.i. marked quality putty, brads and springs and including supply of all materials and labour etc complete 3.8 to 4.7 mm thick chp. 19 s.i. no.new item no. 2 ( b ) including all taxes but excluding gst. 5 providing and fixing fly proof galvanised m.s. wire gauge to windows distempring one coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar asian paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. s.i. no. 649+650 including all taxes but excluding gst. 9 finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint weather coatof approved quality on previously new surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all marerials, labour, tools & plant etc. required for proper completion ofthe work. s.i. no. 9+10 chp. 15 including all taxes but excluding gst. 10 providing wall putty on old surface with approvel quality material of berger / j.k. / birla or similar make 2 coates. chp. 15 item no. 13 including all taxes but excluding gst. 11 painting two & required coat over old / new surface priming coat ( but excluding cost of priming coat ) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel paint of standared make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the surface all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand paparing and stripping including cost matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel / wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including coat ofalland supply of all materials, labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. chp. 15 s.i. no.2+3 ( iii ) including all taxes but excluding gst. 12 supply and filling of 2nd class brick ballast as in soakpits etc. chp. 5 new item no. 2 including all taxes but excluding gst. 13 finishing walls with superior quality water proof cement paint / snowcem of approved make and qualityof new work with two coats to give even shadeincluding preparing surface by the thoroughly cleaning old / new surfaces i / c cost of all material, labour & t&p etc complete. chp. 15 s.i. no. 11 including all taxes but excluding gst. 15 scrapping old painted surface including disposal of all scrapped materials. by mechanical means. s.i. no. 772 ( a ) including all taxes but excluding gst. 16 providing and fixing double scaffolding system ( cup lock type ) on the exterior side of building / structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia m.s. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with m.s. tubes, m.s. tube challis, m.s. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and / or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. for repair and maintenance work complete as per directions and approval of engineer-in-charge. dsr no. 14.72 including all taxes but excluding gst. 17 providing and placing on terrace ( at all floor levels ) polyethylene water storage tank lsi: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. s.i. no. 18.48 including all taxes but excluding gst.
