providing manpower, materials etc towards execution the sweeping and cleaning works as per dnit - 1 ) sweeping and mopping of all rooms, floors, corridors, staircase, verandahs, terraces and interiors 2 ) cleaning of 14 nos. common and persoal toilets. 3 ) cleaning dustbin and doormates4 ) remove / shift of machine washing tom piece of cloths, ink, chemicals, waste cutting papers, dust, etc. 5 ) dusting all furniture like chairs, tables, cupboards, almirahs, file rake etc. 6 ) cleaning doors, windows, glass-panes, swicth boards, wall clocks, all electrical installations like fan, lights and spider-wed etc 7 ) cleaning of unoccupied rooms. 8 ) resetting and shifting of fumiture etc. 9 ) essential materials are to be used / required during the work. i ) harpic, ii ) phynal, iii ) naphthalene, iv ) toilet cleaning brush, broom etc. v ) any other — materials if any which are required for the said work.
