tc for artificer work for jco / ors area md accommodation at mil station sri ganganagar. ; to execute the work as per condition 4 ( a ) of iafw-2249 and as specified in mes ssr-2009 ( part-i ) specifications priced at par ssr-2020 ( part-ii ) rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer the work shall be carried out as per work order ( s ) placed by engineer-in-charge within the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender. or .at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of general conditions of contracts ( iafw-2249 ) 1989 print with errata / amendments as applicable.note :- ( i ) tenders shall insert percentage rate as column provided below. ( ii ) tenderer shall refer and select the option excess ( + ) or less ( - ) available at f6 column of this boq to quote the percentage above / below mes standard schedule of rates.the percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter. ( iii ) amount inserted by the mes under rate column and the total amount reflected in the page is a rough guidance and for reference only.similarly the quoted amount work out ( based on percentage rate quoted by contractor ) shall also be treated as rough and reference only.the acceptance of contractors offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on mes treated as rough and reference only. ( iv ) contractor special attention is invited to condition 4 ( a ) works to be carried out ( applicable only to term contracts ) and condition 56 termination of contract ( applicable only to term contracts ) of general condition of contracts ( iafw-2249 ) .the provisions of these conditions of general conditions of contracts ( iafw-2249 ) are to bestrictlyfollowed.
