term contract for artificers work in zone ‘b’ at fort cantt allahabad -contractor / bidder to insert here-in-above their rate percentage by optingless or excess option for below or above the rates contained in mes ssr-2020 ( part-ii ) - rates. if net schedule rates are offered at par with mes schedule, 0 should be inserted in percentage box. the less / excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-above shall be deemed firm irrepective of calculations / amount generated elsewhere in this boq template. the contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.notes : ( i ) irrespective of amount generated in boq template, the net contract sum shall be as shown in appendix a to notice of e-tender. ( ii ) the supplementary rates given in tender shall be treated as at par of ssr and quoted percentage shall also be applicable on supplementary rates.
