maintenance of 220 / 132 / 33 kvsub station phulpur, under electy. trans.division - i, prayagraj.- 1 maintenance of 220 / 132 / 33 kv sub station phulpur under electy. trans. division-i, prayagraj. the job includes the following works :- 2 preventive, routine & general / normal break down maintenance of transformer / switchyard equipments, required by a team comprising experienced technical person in electrical trade as t.g-ii / electrical- ( 01 nos. ) , line man / fitter ( 02 nos. ) , skilled helper ( 02 nos. ) as per standard practice of upptcl andinstruction of ae / je for the period of 02 months with cost of men, misc. consumables, t&p etc. required for the job except the spare / items / materials / equipments, which shall be provided by department as required. 3 daily general cleaning and maintenance / up keep of control room, associated office, battery room, mulsifire room etc, bybrooming & mopping along with cleaning of associated toilets covers and scraping of unwanted growths in between joints of cc roads etc. ( one job per month ) . 4 operation and general maintenance of muulsifire system installed for 02 nos. 160 mva transformers. work includes following :- 5 checking and rectifying the fault of air pressure drops in mulsifyre. 6 servicing of diesel fuel pump with adjusting, grinding of all fuel nozzle and fitting etc, replacement of lubricants and fuel filters with cost of all materials. 7 replacement of damaged packings, rusted bolt and nuts with cost of all material and t&p. 8 maintenance & repairing of control panel, indication lamp, jockey pump, compressor, checking and rectifying of air and water drops in complete pipe line etc. and all associated work for deeping the mulsifyre system in automode. 9 checking / opening and replacement of diaphragm packing and all worn out parts of deluge valve for healthy working and operation on auto system.
