work against sanctioned package no. 28 / 2020-21 ( under deposit scheme ) under electricity urban distribution division-iv, gorakhpur-2 loading, unloading and carriage of following material from store centre, gorakhpur to work site:-3x300 mm² xlpe 33 kv cable - 3340 mtr., s.t. pole 11 mtr. long- 10 nos., acsr dog conductor- 0.050 km., 11 kv dropper angle- 05 nos., 11 kv top channel- 05 no., stay complete - 20 nos., earthing complete- 10 nos., 33 kv 3x300 mm² xlpe cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor - 22 nos., straight through- 2 nos., cross bracing angle- 5 set, 33 kv line isolator- 2 nos., 33 kv post insulator- 12 nos., 33 kv vcb with single t/f control panel and ct 200/100/1 a with structure [1-33kv vcb, 2- control panel i/c for 33 kv single t/f, 3- ct 200/100/1-1a, 4- steel structure]- 1 no., 33 kv ppmc(100/1a)- 01 no., 33 kv electronic tvm meter- 02 nos., 33 kv ct/pt metering pole mounting unit (100/1a)- 01 nos. 3 the excavation of 2 nos. foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of double pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (top channel, dropper angle etc.) as per requirement. all required materials such as holding clamp/stp clamp, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. ngrouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 (cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth as per resspo norms and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (material provided by contractor). nmaking plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. nall work will be done as per resspo norms & relevant is specification. 4 laying and dressing of under ground 33 kv 3x300 sq mm xlpe cable (double circuit 1460x2=2920 mtr.) into hdpe pipe by horizontal drilling method as per respo norms. the depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required. 5 laying, stringing and hanging of 33 kv 3x300 sq mm xlpe cable in air as per respo norms. 6 supply of hdpe pipe 150 mm diameter with elbow and socket. the hdpe pipe shall be of pe 80 grade with pressure rating pn4 conforming to is 4984/1995 and shall have wall thickness of 6.20 to 7.10 mm. 7 laying of hdpe pipe 150 mm diameter for laying of 33 kv 3x300 sq mm xlpe cable by horizontal drilling method. 8 errection of 33 kv 3x300 mm² xlpe cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor with complete work (33 kv 3x300 mm² xlpe cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor will be provided by department) 9 errection of 33 kv straight through with complete work (33 kv straight through will be provided by department) 10 hoisting of cable on double pole using g.i. pipe 6dia 3 mtr. long with complete work (g.i. pipe 6 dia and other necessary materials excluding 33 kv xlpe cable 3x300 mm² provided by contractor) 11 installation & commissioning of 33 kv vcb with single t/f control panel and ct 200/100/1a with structure including making plinth and foundation of vcb. complete all connection in all respect. 12 installation & commissioning of 33 kv line isolator with structure including making plinth of line isolator. complete all connection in all respect. 13 installation & commissioning of 33 kv post insulator with structure including making plinth. complete all connection in all respect. 14 supply of copper control cable 4x2.5 sq.mm. (armoured) for suitable to vcb. 15 laying and making connection of control cable 4x2.5 sq.mm. (armoured) for suitable to vcb in all respect 16 supply of copper control cable 2x2.5 sq.mm. (armoured) for suitable to vcb. 17 laying and making connection of control cable 2x2.5 sq.mm. (armoured) for suitable to vcb in all respect 18 fabrication and erection of cable marker of rcc of dimension 1200 mmx200 mmx80 mm (complete work) 19 erection and grouting of stay in cc ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and stone ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (complete work) 20 painting of pole by double coating aluminum & red oxide paint.
