jjm2021- 22 procurement of 46 nos. forced convection type hot air for various quality control laboratories of kerala water authority jjm 2021-22 setting up upgradation operation of laboratories for wqms procurement of 46 nos. forced convection type hot air oven for various quality control laboratories of kerala water authority , jjm-2021-22-setting up / upgradation / operation of laboratories for wqm&s- procurement of 46 nos forced convection type hot air oven for various quality control laboratories of kerala water authority , supply and installation, validation including maintenance during warranty of three years of forced convection type hot air oven with the following specifications; construction: double walled design with inner chamber made of ss 304 grade and outer high grade powder coated crca. inside ss 304 mirror finish clear bottom and round corner for easy cleaning; capacity: table top model with capacity 150ltr or more; temperature range ambient plus 5 degree c to 250 degree c; forced convection type; micro processor based auto tuned pid controller with ce mark with accuracy ±0.5 degree c ;lcd / led display with dual display of set value and process value for precise control of temperature; alarms and indicators during over temperature and under temperature and in case door not properly shut; safety cum standby thermostat for protection from over temperature; heating elements shall be provided only at the rear wall of the chamber ;bottom shall be without heater / heating elements; double walled door fitted on heavy non corrosive hinges with silicon gasket; to be provided with removable and adjustable ss rod shelves / gi wire mesh trays which ensure uniform temperature distribution ( nos. 2 minimum ) ;supply: 230v, single phase, 50hz;temperature safety as per din 12880 certification; maximum power consumption ; 2.0 kw; should be with nabl calibration certificate; iq / oq / pq documentation shall be provided. pq shall be performed for 1 cycle at temperature of 180 degree c; equipment to be ce certified hard copy of instrument manual with specification details shall be submitted.warranty : 3 years for the entire equipment
