tender for manning and operation of e/m installations at icgs jakhau under age ( i ) ( cg ) jakhau , manning and operation of e/m installations at icgs jakhau with 01 ( one ) semi skilled fgm in each shift of 8 hours on three shifts a day round the clock including sundays and holidays including routine preventive maintenance / checks and supply & use of consumeable like grease , cotton waste etc and attending breakdown , minor maintenance , and to operate /handle/ maintain the following equipments/ installations for its smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge:- water supply and fire fighting installations for fgm: ( a ) dg set 125 kva - 01 no . ( b ) dg set 30 kva - 01 no ( c ) dg set 10 kva-01 no ( 01 acre land ) ( d ) lt panel board - 04 nos ( e ) submersible pump set - 05 nos ( fresh water supply ) ( f ) submersible pump set-01nos ( 01 acre land ) ( g ) water storage tank and fire fighting ug sump - 03 nos ( h ) ro plant 500 lph - 01 no . ( i ) fire fighting jockey pump-01nos ( j ) fire fighting main pump-01 nos ( k ) fire fighting diesel operated pump-01nos ( l ) all fire hydrant and fire fighting system including prepation of fire exercises . notes ( i ) the installations will be handed over in operating state on the date of commencement of work . ( ii ) the operator shall ensure the serviceability by trial and alert for operation . ( iii ) the work will be continued without holidays . the contractor shall employee extra tradesmen for relief on holidays/weekly holidays . necessary duty roster to be submitted to engr-in-charge every month . the rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect . ( iv ) required fuel to be collected from mes store yard with advance intimation atleast 7 days . ( v ) employ ( electrician/fgm/pipe fitter/ref mechanic ) in each shift ( iti certificate holder from government/government recognised institute having minimum 02 years of working experience in the trade only ) with all protective clothings , maintenance tools , metering equipments , safety equipments for working at above installations and attending complaints . ( vi ) operator must have knowledge of maintaining the log book of dg set / pump set and contractor will be provide all log book duly sprial bind as per prescribed format . ( vii ) all operators shall paid their wages/ salary through bank account only and the proof thereof shall be produced striclty by the contractor while claming the payment and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by labour commissioner . ( viii ) if the operator is found absent from duty a recovery of rs 500/- per shift per person shall be effected from contractors rar or final bill in addition to non payment of manning and operation charges as per ca . ( ix ) the contractor shall not employ same tradesman continuously for more than 11 months . ( x ) the contractor will ensure general area cleanliness and upkeep of the installation and area around it on daily basis . in case of failure , a penalty of rs 100/- per day will be levied and recovered from their dues . ( g ) isolation transformer 63 kva-01 nos ( h ) servo stablizer 75 kva-01 nos ( harbor/jetty ) ( i ) monitring of lt and ht meter reading at top of seb-03 nos ( j ) high mast light-02 nos . notes ( i ) the installations will be handed over in operating state on the date of commencement of work .
