job work for road accessories:-1.00 providing and fixing of precast concrete benches chair type with back rest manufactured by using m-30 grade of concrete and reinforced suitably to prevent damage during handling, transportation and erection and long use. the bench consists of 2 no. l-shaped base support in grey cement colour of thickness 100mmm back height-1000mm and front height 450mm, base width 620mm and 5 no. reinforced cement concrete planks of size1500mm x 100mm x 50mm and one no. of reinforced cement concrete plank of size 1500mm x 200mm x 50mm. all parts of each bench are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assembly, seating length of bench 1500mm, seating height of bench 450mm with total height of bench 1000mm. bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive water proof coating so as to make surfaces glossy and water proof. all component of each bench are manufactured by using m-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process including dismantling old one. 2.00 s&f speed bumps made of abs plastic material filled with pcc 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded aggregate ) so that it can bear maximum load on it.two highly reflective reflectors moulded in pmma material welded with abs base plate through ultrasonic welding process are fixed on speed bump. metallic bolts and epoxy resin are used to fix it on road . size- 750x250x75mm including dismantling old one. make- alcolite / darkeye / 3m note for ser no2 1 & 2. schedule of credit against old material received from site is rs 1622.50
