tenders are invited for de shelling and re shelling of batala csm , de-shelling & re-shelling of mills rollers de-shelling, re-shelling & grooving of old shaft of mill shrink fitted on old shaft. material of shaft should be coarse grain as per is: 11202 with followingspecification:- hardness 180-210 bhngrooving will be as per drawings , size 30 x 56 , size 31 x 60 , the composition of the shell should be total carbon3.2 to 3.6 % max manganese 2.2 to 3.2 % max. silicon1.2 to 2.2 % max phosphorus0.5 % max sulphur0.15% max grooving details shall be provided along with the order. the shell of the roller should be shrink fitted on our shaft after ultrasonically testing of roller shaft. test report for every shaft should be submitted. roller journal polishing shall be done for all the rollers, juice rings will be provided by the party.
