hpsebl / ceocz / mm / nit-02 / 2021-22 procurement of cmri for reading data of different makes of meters and dump in to base computers as per detailed in nit in central zone hpsebl mandi , procurement of hand held common meter reading instrument ( cmri ) for reading ( uploading ) the data of different makes of meters and to have the capability to dump ( download ) the same to the base computer station ( bcs ) .the cmri shall have memory / space to reside software of reading at least 4 to 5 different makes of meters like abb, siemen, hpl socomec, l&t, secure, duke, schlumberger, ion, e-con, arcanics / ttlinto analogic common meter reading instrument ( cmri ) ( as per specification in detailed nit )
