bids are invited for monthly basis cab taxi hiring services - sedan; 2000 km x 320 hours; local - providing air-conditioned taxi maruti swift dzire/ honda amaze/toyota etios or equivalent [ sedan ] (vehicle registration in 2024 or latest in good condition on hire on monthly basis including sundays, holidays to transport ceil staff as directed by officer-in-charge from time to time including all costs of lubricating oil, cng, spares, repairs, maintenance, salary/wages of driver, dress, id card and shoes of drivers/helpers, coverall/dungarees of drivers (2 pairs), maintaining log books and other records, cost of all registration, all kinds of permits, puc, fitness, taxes, gst, licenses, comprehensive insurance etc. including state permit. however, excluding parking charges, toll taxes, path kar & entry permits. (duty duration in general will be 12 hours from reporting time). , rate up to maximum run of 2000 kms. per month @ 12 hours per day up to maximum of 320 hours per month , rate per km for running the vehicle for distance beyond 2000 kms per month , detention charges beyond 320 hours per month , night halt charges for driver in case of outstation duty involving night halt
