overhauling, repairing of horizontal centrifugal pump (bay no:1 ) with other allied works at arati cotton millbps along with dismantling, repairing of sludge pump at bay no: 1 at 30 mgd wtp, padmapukur, howrah under jnnurm-ii, kmda.- 1 part a: pump no. 1 (horizontal centrifugal pump 500 m3/hr discharge, 55 m head) 2 lifting dismantling of pump set part by part of all accessories and keeping them at pump house floor over sump at suitable after proper cleaning as per direction of eic. 3 transportation charges for taking the pump entire assembly to the work shop where the rectification work will be doneas per direction of eic & viceversa. 4 supply, deliveryof skf bearing as per sample and direction of eic (bearing no.6311-2z). 5 s& d shaft sleeve as per sample and direction of eic.(material: st astm 276-316 anld). 6 supply and delivery of impeller casing ring of pump. 7 s&d of gkw studs nuts, bolts and washer etc. for the above work. 8 supply, delivery of pump and motor coupling.. (considering bothpump & motor shaft). 9 supply, delivery of pump shaft (material: st astm 276-316 anld). measurement taken from analysis sheet-i 10 repairing of the casing which includes the following items:- 11 replacement of damaged portion of pump body duly forged at foundry shop along with other necessary action as per direction of eic. 12 buffing the casing ring holding groove area thoroughly for both half of casing. 13 preheating of the casing as per i.s. norms to reach at the required temperature prior to starting of welding by electrical heating method and as per direction of e.i.c. 14 metal deposition in the groove of casing by required quantity & size of electrodes compatible for c.i., by welding to its original shape& size. 15 post welding heat treatment of the casing as per i.s. to normalize the internal grain structure for stress relieving of the casing material by electrical heating method and as per direction of e.i.c. 16 finish grinding of the deposited metals to achieve the exact dimension for fitting of casing wear ring. 17 dynamic balancing of casting impeller fitted with shaft with proper care as per ts and direction of eic. 18 installation of the pump at the respectivepump house after fitting and fixing of pump rotating assembly includingbearing, sleeve, casing rings, impeller nut and pump-motor couplingswith proper care in the work shop as per ts and direction of eic. 19 re-alignment & re-coupling of pump with the motor with proper care and commissioning as per ts, direction of eic . 20 part b: dismantling, repairing of sluice valve 02 nos. 350 mm dia. (bay no:1 , 3) & 02 nos. 300 mm dia. (bay no:1 & 2 ) 21 dismantling of therising spindle type sluice valve of diameter 300/350 mm from suction & delivery pipeline 22 supply of m.s. blank flange as per is-6392 table 20 thickness 12mm 23 300 mm 24 350 mm 25 transportation charges for taking the valveentire assembly to the work shop where the rectification work will be done & vice versaas per direction of eic. 26 supply, fitting & fixing of ss 304 bush/lock & gasketalong with machining of 1 mtr. long ss rising spindle to suit the new bush/lock nut for 300/350 mm dia.sluice valve. 27 repairing of gate and spindle of above sluice valve by ss welding and grinding. 28 fitting & fixing of sluice valve asembly to the delivery & suction pipe lineas per ts and direction of eic. 29 part c: dismantling, repairing of sludge pump (bay no: 1) of capacity 432 m3/hr. & 14 m head (make: kbl) 30 maintenance and overhauling of v.t. / inclined pumps as per manufacturers instruction manual with all tools, tackles etc. this job includes labour charges, consumables like o - ring, sundry cleaning material etc. this job includes dismantling of all sub assemblies such as gear box, cooling pipes, bearing housing, stuffing box, discharge tee, muff couplings, shafts, column pipes, bowl assembly, bell mouth strainer, line shaft enclosing tube etc.reconditioning of all parts, inspection of all parts & replace these parts as per instructions (spare cost excluded) straighthening of shaft & refitting of all parts &sub assemblies with proper alignment including motor removing & refixing, test & trial for 24 hrs. complete. capacity upto 05 cusec pump 31 transportation charges for taking the pump entire assembly to the work shop where the rectification work will be doneas per direction of eic & viceversa. 32 supply, deliveryof skf bearing no: 51310 as per sample and direction of eic 33 s& d shaft sleeve of sludge pump as per sample and direction of eic.(material: st astm 276-316 anld). considering 04 nos. sleeve each of 05 kg 34 supply and delivery of impeller casing ring of sludge pump. 35 s&d of gkw studs nuts, bolts and washer etc. for the above work. 36 supply, delivery ofbush (material gm, grade ltb 2& 5 is-318. considering 04 nos. bush each of 05 kg 37 supply, delivery of impeller shaft of sludge pump(material: st astm 276-316 anld). measurement taken from analysis sheet-i 38 dynamic balancing of casting impeller fitted with shaft with proper care as per ts and direction of eic. 39 deduct: 5% scrap value for item no: 4 to 9 for part a & sl no: 18 for part: b & sl no 24 to 29 for part c 40 added:- gst @ 18% 41 added @ 1 % labour cess
