bids are invited for custom bid for services - e-tender for providing office assistant computer work assistant at hariyala lpg plant - providing office assistance work includes, looking after assistance to all territory related functions/meeting, sorting of bds, collection of bank instruments coming from the distributors for the loads, issuing transfer/ subscription vouchers to distributor & filing of various documents, letters in the respective files, receiving & sending of letters through courier, conveying messages/communications through telephonic means and proper recording in the file/ register of territory office as and when required; as per scope of work & direction of officer-in-charge. , providing computer assistance work includes all jobs done using computer operations particularly in ms office, documentation work, arrangements for meetings, preparation of various business reports and documentation as guided by plant officers, filing of documents & preserving it as per filing system advised by plant officer , provision of office assistance services on extended hours basis , provision of computer assistance services on extended hours basis
