bids are invited for facility management services - lumpsum based - pied, mmg, igcar; annual maintenance of various instrumentation systems in pied; consumables to be provided by buyer - round the clock monitoring of a/c ventilation plants and ancillary equipments in such as centrifugal screw chillers, cooling towers, supply & exhaust blowers, centrifugal pumps, air compressors and supply & exhaust filter banks etc. , round the clock production of nitrogen gas from psa based nitrogen plants including the operation of compressors for producing compressed air required for the plant (25 nm3 /hr x 24 hrs x 365 days = 2,19,000 nm3 for one year).
