(internal & external), rain water harvesting system, electrical installation & hvac work (internal & external), firefighting system scheme, including approval from the competent authority, structure design & drawings of phc complex and proof checking ,detail calculation of steel & bbs, structure design & drawings of boundary wall parking area and internal roads, detail dnit of all works as per applicable/relevant codes/ specifications/laws/bylaws/rules/guidelines etc (rates to be quoted excluding gst)
