bids are invited for hiring of consultants - milestone/deliverable based - as per atc; mines, minerals and metals, subject matter expert, as per atc; no; hybrid(as specified in scope of work) - preparation of mining plan including preparation of prospecting report and obtaining approval from competent authority including ec from the concerened authority. the present scope of work includes: i. site visit, survey and collection of primary data, ii. preparation and submission of prospecting report and mining plan in accordance with the arunachal pradesh minor mineral concession rules, 2020 and as per rule-60 of apmmcr-2020, including site visit, if required for the identified quarry/mining sites in respect of kalai-ii hep (1200 mw), arunachal pradesh. iii. incorporation of mining closure plan. iv. reply of query raised by state geology and mining dept. goap, if any, from time to time and presentations regarding mining plan, if required.v. liaison with state geology and mining department, govt of arunachal pradesh and obtaining approval of mining plans.
