tender for to providing man power supply (unskilled, skilled, i.t.i and m.sc /b.tech man power) for the work of s le collection, testing, chemical solution preparation, transportation of various chemicals, chlorine gas tonners, assistance in operation work of effluent treatment plant, cw and raw water chlorination system, operation of chemical dosing system of boiler and cooling water, and miscellaneous works with required t&p and safety equipment at 2x 600 mw, kalisindh thermal power project. unit # 1 & 2, jhalawartn no. - tn/chem./707/2026-271. if the firm quoted nil service charges/consideration or negative service charges / tender premium in the contracts related to hiring of manpower services, then its bid shall be treated as un-responsive and will summarily be rejected. in case of zero or negative amount in service charges/ t&p in the boq, the bid of bidders considered invalid. hence amount will be whole rupees i.e., it will not be valid.2. l-1 will be decided on basis of totality in boq.3. wherein same/equal bids received from two or more bidders i.e., resulting more than one l-1 bidder: - in such situation, for the determination of the l-1 bidder, all the bidder quoted same lowest rates shall be called for and decision shall be taken through transparent lottery system in presence of all the bidders.
