(design and pattern to be approved by engineer-in-charge). 4 making arrangement of printed notepad minimum size 220mmx140mm of 30 pages as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (printing matter to be decided by the department) 5 making arrangement of printed booklet of premium quality paper as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.(printing content and size to be decided by the department) 6 hire charges of vehicle innova or equivalent in good condition having white towel on seats, driver in uniform with proper licence on daily basis including cost of fuel and lubricant & driver salary upto 100 km per day complete in all respect, as per terms and condition assigned. (1 job means providing vehicle round the clock with all above including overtime of driver.) note-1: no food, lodging and boarding shall be provided to driver. note-2: it will be responsibility of agency to bear any challans, entry taxes, toll taxes, green taxes etc.
